What happens during meditation?.
  1. First Stage:If start doing meditation,for couple of months will keep on experiencing un ending thoughts and you will keep on becoming objects of your thoughts.
  2. Second Stage:You will be observer/Watcher of your thoughts. Thoughts keep on coming but you will remain observer of your thoughts and will not becomes objects of your thoughts.
  3. Third Stage:You will start pervading in the endless space and first time will experience you are not form.
  4. Fourth Stage:Whole existence and galaxy will be inside you where will be experiencing drop becomes Ocean. That stage is very dangerous because holding that phenomena is utmost difficulty. That stage needs very courage most of people do not want to go that stage. I would say that stage is nothing but Buddha hood, Enlighten one. Most of great people stay here whoever taking Avatar time to time for Human welfare.
  5. Fifth Stage: Moksha || Liberation || This is conditional where you have to leave empty shell and liberated.I would say this one is rarest of rare and could not tell in words………………………
